4th Aug 2010Rising Stars Coach Recruitment

The closing date for applications for this year’s “Rising Stars” Coaches is drawing nearer (4pm Fri 13th Aug 2010). Athletics NI would like to encourage as many coaches to apply this year to ensure the young athletes get the chance to experience the best coaching Ulster has to offer.

If you are not available to commit to coaching at the squads yourself, but know someone who may be interested/suitable please pass on the information and encourage them to get involved. Also if your club has a website it would be great if you could put a small piece up to remind your club coaches and athletes about the programme.

The athletes entries have been extended until 31st August 2010 so there is still plenty of time to get your Year 9&10 (12-14 yrs) athletes signed up.

Hopefully together we can make this year Rising Stars Squads a success and make the future on athletics in Ulster a little bit brighter.
